Health Access Rx Services Inc provides urgent care medical services, telehealth consultations, occupational health services, and related healthcare services. All services are provided by licensed medical professionals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Not for Emergencies

Health Access Rx is not an emergency room. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Our services are intended for non-life-threatening urgent care needs.

3. Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept most major insurance plans, but coverage varies. You are responsible for:
